  • 1️⃣ Opening the Circle with Wim Hof and a group vulnerability exercise. 

  • 2️⃣ Breakout Groups – Sharing and getting uncomfortable in smaller circles - we start putting down the mask.

  • 3️⃣ Direct Shadow Work – Guided processes, embodiment, and role-play to confront your inner shadows at your own pace or as little and as much as you need.

  • 4️⃣ Reclaiming the Gold – Witnessing and affirming each man’s strengths and gifts.

LINZEY BEISTER

Linzey Biester found men’s work over a decade ago through the Mankind Project (MKP) and has been walking the path ever since. He’s led countless men’s groups and retreats—both online and in person—supporting hundreds of men to reconnect with their truth.

As a trained Hakomi psychotherapist, Linzey brings depth, presence, and heart to everything he does. He now works full-time helping men break through their blocks and step fully into their potential.

KYBOR GARNER

Kybor began his journey in men’s work over a decade ago in Vancouver, Canada, where he was actively involved in the original Samurai Brotherhood, (now Arka Brotherhood). 

With formal training in Family Constellation therapy and Conscious Relationship work, Kybor brings a depth of insight and presence to the spaces he holds. He is also the founder of The Art of Relating training.

In addition to his work with groups, he also applies his leadership and grounded approach in his professional role with Metricon Homes.
